Written and produced by Perplex theatre company, The Triangle of Shame is set in the distant future. The culture war is over, the Woke is dead - gender autonomy, queer rights and women's liberation are history. The backlash has reached it’s final destination.

In this dystopian world, at the dim side of the rainbow, a group of experts are preparing a grand opening of a history museum about the dark ages of political orthodoxy that we now live in. But their task is extremely complicated because all the books have been burned, the sources have disappeared and human diversity outside of strict binary has been banned and censored from history.

We follow this group of people trying to piece together a picture of the human rights paradise that once existed in Iceland and answer pressing questions. What on earth was Pride? How did J.K. Rowling save the women's bathroom? What kind of tea did so-called drag queens drink? Who was this they/them?
